A girl asked me advice on an outfit for New Years at Forever 21 and when I started to say 'Oh I don't work here', I noticed that she was so adorable and just wanted advice. "I'm a short girl but I'm wider and thicker at the bottom. I have this new shirt and cute heels that I bought for the New Year Party, but I'm not sure what to wear. A skirt? Jeans? What would you do?" Of course I asked her what she'd feel more comfortable in and she said "the jeans but, I'm worried if it'll look weird with heels..??" I said 'yeah go with the skirt' and she said "Thanks so much!" It made me feel so good inside! The simple fact that she thought I was fashionable enough to ask advice about an outfit for a "big" holiday...I should just work for all the Plus sized clothing lines as a PR/ Advertising/ Marketing person! haha How amazing would that be...Internship? I'm going to check it on out!

I really need to get back to school. I didn't even know today was Friday...the days are flying by. I basically have been sick, ever since I came home for break. It's starting to finally clear up...but, hopefully I'm not speaking too soon. I need to go to the dentist to get my tooth checked out, go to the doctor's for a check up to make sure I'm okay. I've just been laying around in my bed, feels like I'm sprouting roots. I haven't moved...it's really sad. As a New Year's Resolution I want to start taking better care of myself. Getting in shape (treating my body as the temple it is), and becoming more organized. Last semester was a blur of: "wait, did I do that?/Did I forget to send this email/text/call/notice?" It was very stressful for me and I want to chill and be on top of a lot of things this semester. However, caring for myself is at the top of my list. I want to get better grades (striving for a 3.0-3.3). For some reason I...

Seeing as it is the New Year, I really need to start utilizing this blog more. I have my tumblr and I usually post to there, but I need to really start blogging here. I might try to connect the two.
